A Round of Applause for Copper Ridge Apartments at the Kansas City’s Crystal Merit Awards

We’re thrilled to share the exciting news from the Apartment Association of Kansas City’s Crystal Merit Awards held on Saturday March 30.  This is a great time to recognize outstanding individuals, teams and communities for their accomplishments and service in the industry. Congratulations to our incredible team members who have been recognized for their outstanding efforts.

  • Best Model: Copper Ridge Apartments

We would also like to congratulate Tyler Smith and DJ Christopher for their nominations as well as 51 Main for Best Amenities and Copper Ridge for Community of the Year.
