401 (K) PLAN
401(k) contributions offer pre-tax benefits and help employees save for retirement. Employees are encouraged to invest in their future. Justus Companies will match 10% of employee contributions.
HEALTH PLAN
Justus Company employees scheduled to work 30 hours or more each week are eligible to participate in group health insurance plans. With two plans to choose from, employees can select a plan that best suits their needs.
HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN
A Health Savings Account allows employees a way to set aside pre-tax dollars for current or future eligible medical expenses.
DENTAL PLAN
Our dental plan provides for preventative, basic, major and orthodontia services.
VISION PLAN
Providing two vision plans allows employees the choice of coverage they would like for routine eye exams, glasses, contact lenses and even laser vision correction.
LIFE INSURANCE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT
Full time employees receive company paid life insurance. Employees may also purchase additional supplemental coverage.
PAID TIME OFF
Justus Company employees begin to accrue PTO from their first day of employment and the accrual amount is based on length of service with the company.
HOLIDAYS
In addition to PTO, Justus Companies observes eight holidays.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
Our employees know what it takes to be a successful Justus employee. When they refer someone who meets the qualifications for an existing open position and we hire their referral, the employee can earn a referral bonus.
